With teaching as her 2nd career, Brittany understood the importance of Organizational Development, its impact on culture, and how it would assist schools in their efforts to succeed.

After obtaining her Master’s in Educational Leadership, she actively brought this vision to life while serving in several leadership positions, helping to lead 3 failing schools to a passing grade through her instructional and culture driven leadership.

Brittany’s area of expertise is in School Culture Programming, Organizational Development and Learning and Development Management.

Her heart for children and passion for organizational culture ignited a flame that has allowed her the opportunity to continue striving towards assisting schools and businesses in the quest for a positive and transformative culture.

Caitlin Whitmoyer, Co-founder of Thread Ed, a school wellness, educator wellness and organizational wellness company.

Caitlin Whitmoyer, M. Ed. (she/her)

Caitlin’s passion is helping people reach their personal and professional goals through self-reflection and living in alignment with their most authentic self.

During her tenure as a teacher, she taught 6 different grade levels in elementary, middle, and high school, and served in various leadership capacities from coaching, to assistant principal, to consultant.  Since the beginning of her career, she has witnessed and experienced both the the damaging consequences of poor workplace culture, as well as the beneficial effects of positive culture on employee wellness and retention. After obtaining her Master’s degree in 2018, she grew passionate about the importance of equitably prioritizing support to both leaders and employees. She brought this priority into to her work as an instructional coach, which positively contributed to high teacher retention and increased student achievement within the schools she served. Similar to Brittany, her ability to cultivate strong relationships helped bring the schools she supported out of “turnaround” status.

Her areas of expertise are in Adult Wellness Education, Change Management, and Transformative Leadership.
